Rob Latimer, SR/WA

Robert Latimer is the current Operations Manager at Synergy Land Services USA. Robert began his career in land in 1989 and has worked across Alberta Canada and various states in the U.S. on pipeline and renewable energy projects.  He has held a SR/WA designation since 2009 and holds NE and IA R.E. Lic. designations.  In his free time, Robert is active in the Aksarben Curling Club and teaching others about the sport.

Don Karnish, RWA

Don Karnish has served as a Real Estate Specialist II with the City of Omaha since March 2021. Prior to his real estate career, which began in 2017 as a licensed salesperson with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, Don accumulated 20 years of project management experience. He enjoys fitness, the outdoors, and spending time with his family, which includes his two daughters, Cameron and Jourdain, and two grandsons, with a third grandson expected in September 2026.

Alexa Cradduck

Alexa Cradduck has worked with Midwest Right of Way Services since 2023, where she provides acquisition and relocation services. She is a licensed Nebraska real estate salesperson and has experience negotiating property acquisitions and assisting displaced homeowners, tenants, and businesses throughout the right-of-way relocation process. Alexa’s background also includes office administration and document preparation. She is currently expanding her professional knowledge through continued education and professional development in the right-of-way field. Outside of work, Alexa enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and making memories with her young daughter.

Jennifer Schuller, SR/WA

Jennifer Schuller is a Real Estate Specialist II for the City of Omaha and has been at the position for almost 8 years.  Prior to that she worked for NDOT in a similar capacity.  She served as the Education Chair for several years for Chapter 78.  Jennifer holds her SRWA designation and a Real Estate Broker License with the State of Nebraska.  Jennifer has a BS from the Univ of NE at Kearney and has worked in Real Estate industry since 1998.  She enjoys spending time with her husband Bruce, watching Husker basketball and the Denver Broncos, reading any chance she gets and traveling to see her daughters who live in Colorado and Florida.  She also has a spoiled cat named Coco.

Shana Sprackling

Shana Sprackling is the Principle and Manager of Sprackling Real Estate Solutions, LLC providing comprehensive real estate solutions located in Lincoln, NE.  Shana is an active member of the IRWA and has declared candidacy for the Professional Right of Way Certification Program as an SR/WA in Electric & Utilities.  Shana is also a Nebraska Certified General Real Property Appraiser, Nebraska Licensed Salesperson, and a Practicing Affiliate of the Appraisal Institute. Shana leverages 28 years of combined experience in real property litigation appraisal and appraisal review, stakeholder negotiations, and strategic electric utility planning, routing, and public engagement.  Shana enjoys spending time with her husband Steve, three beautiful daughters, Carlee, Haley, and Mattie as well as her pooch Berkeley, kitty Callie, and loves the outdoors.

Alison Bennett, SR/WA

Alison Bennett is a Supervisor of Land Management at Lincoln Electric System with a passion for helping people navigate complex land and right of way matters. Her experience includes working with landowners, managing projects, and fostering positive relationships across a variety of stakeholders. Alison appreciates the sense of community within IRWA and the opportunities it provides for professional growth. When she's not working, you'll likely find her spending time with her first granddaughter, Alorah and daughters Brogan and Tatumn, enjoying a good wine with friends or following Husker sports.
