2026 Education Conference

SPONSORSHIP DETAILS & FAQS:

  • If you would like to spend more than $1,500 to become a sponsor, please contact Robert Latimer or send a check to the address shown below.

  • All sponsorship opportunities will be given on a first-come basis.

  • Our goal is to finalize and secure sponsorships by April 30th. The sooner we’ve confirmed sponsorships, the sooner we can proceed with advertising, promoting, and labelling conference material, as well as the sponsoring company! Sponsors are welcome to participate in multiple sponsorship opportunities if interested.

  • Conference Planning Team would also be happy to work with you on a custom sponsorship if you have a different idea…just ask!

  • Gifts in Kind / Merch is welcomed as well for use as give away items.
